Jacob John "Jake" Humphrey is an English television presenter, currently best known for his work with BBC Sport, being the youngest ever presenter to host Football Focus, Match of the Day and Final Score.

He currently presents the BBC's Formula One coverage and BBC Sports Personality of the Year.
